Slooow...

My connection to this site is really slow. Does the ' SET UP PROGRESS 67 % ' have something to do with that ? Thanks, Brian

Site's been super slow for me ever since the admins migrated the servers around a month or so back. Major bummer. I've just kind of been keeping activity to a minimum waiting for the issue to clear up.

When I show up at a car show and my car is covered in mud, it's probably because I drove 2000 miles to get there

Yep, also noticed it lost a couple of cylinders after the move. I was going to mention it last week but decided to wait and see if others were also seeing the same.

I've had it be fine on my two usual broadband/wifi connections but if I connect over 4G it falls right on its face. But other sites don't.

Yeah, fairly certain we should go back to the last set of jets we were running. It bogs when I floor it, LOL.

works on my laptop and not unbearably slow, but its very frustrating on the phone - even when connected to the same wifi. Comes to a halt if I'm on a cellular network. I believe the app is the main problem on the phone. And what is with all the pop up ads? They make it unusable if you try to scroll down the comments.

I'm guessing its a cost thing? Ad's paying for the service. But its typically the same photo that keeps popping up and causes the page to go to the first post over and over. How many people have thrown their phones while looking at the forum lately?

I agree. Since the cloud migration, it has been consistently slow. Quite annoying when you are trying to search for info.

1st Edit: About 17 seconds from the time I hit the SAVE button till the page comes back up.
2nd Edit: About 2 seconds after hitting the SAVE button till the page comes back after an EDIT.

Hi all,

I will get this reported.
Are you all hanging on anything?
It should appear in the bottom left corner of the browser.

For me, most of the time I see "Waiting for forums.vintage-mustang.com"

My desktop computer running Chrome with Ad Block is still loading the forum pages a bit slow. 4 seconds from the time I hit Reply till I can reply. As I move around the forum I am still seeing a lot of blank pages with "Waiting for forums.vintage-mustang.com" in the lower left corner, more than any other messages. Seems to me to be a backend issue, generating the pages to be displayed.
