1966 A Code 289 valve spring dimension

Does anyone know the diameter and lb rating of a standard 289 valve spring?

Valve Spring Free Length: 2.09"
Spring Pressures:
71-79# @ 1.78"
Wear Limit 64# @ 1.78"
161-177# @ 1.39"
Wear Limit 145# @ 1.39"
Assembled Height = 1.75 - 1.78125"

That is a loaded question because the springs changed from '66 Engine Change Level 9 to '66 Engine Change Level 10 (same used from L10 - L14 I believe).
