Where is NPD Rick

Rick was working on a resolution for a trim issue I have and since an action was proposed .......nothing. Not sure where this went off track but need a response asap. Did not want to post but I have got no response from private messages. I am desperate now after a week.

Give him a little more time- he's an extremely busy guy, but en even more extremely customer service oriented guy. He'll get back to you I'm sure. If you're in a hurry for a part, get another one coming from him and I'm sure he'll take care of you even after the fact..

I believe this is an oversight, but I lost a weeks vacation booked to paint and install this rocker trim and other items. In Ricks defense he did pass on the resolution to a local branch. I will wait it out as I have no option. I have two more Fords to restore and this one done before I move......soon.

I'm just gonna call it like I see it. This thread is on poor taste. The very fact that the owner of the company was directly involved in finding you a solution should pre-qualify a bit more patience and benefit of doubt. Let alone the countless times he has chimed in here to be transparent when he doesn't have to be or give advice/help.

Neither Rick, nor NPD, are in Anyway whatsoever tied to this board. He is here as a member only, who just so happens to run a family business that caters to Mustang owners.

This thread is in Very poor taste. PM’ing him and expecting an answer is totally uncalled for. You should have called and left a message for him at the Ocala office of NPD, where he works.

Again, Rick is here on the board as a Member Only,..... the same as you. He doesn’t owe you, me or anyone a PM reply.

You’re way out of line.

But Rick, being who he is, will apologize for not being active here when you needed him, and will then resolve the issue. That’s who he is,.....

Thought you may have an opinion on this...I couldn't agree more. I understand the OP's haste and I too get impatient when needing to get something done. To start a thread on a public forum, yeah, maybe not...especially with Rick's reputation.

Dude, really maybe he's got stuff going on, just like me, and just like you. Talking to the owner of a big company is a privilege not a right. To write here on the forum calling him out like that is just plain wrong and bad forum taste. But I do hope your issue is rectified sooner than later. But not like this and not here.

One thing I can tell you is there is no finer gentleman on this board. He stands behind everything that he sells, and has proved it time and time again. Trust me, he has not left you hangin. Have some patience.

@stroker393 Rick is self proclaimed as "not an internet guy". He doesn't log in on weekends and he doesn't log in everyday or even sometimes every week. He's still old school and not glued to a screen much of the time. Call NPD explain what is going on and I'd bet you get it resolved.
