Early 65 (64 1/2) drive shaft

Does anyone have a good recommendation for where to pick up a replacement driveshaft for my early 65 vert (april 10 1964)? Car is not quite concours restoration, but everything going back on is being restored to new looking with only a few select items not original. Original drive shaft is rusted and pitted (I guess like me in my mid-50ís).

These guys are expensive, but their stuff is absolutely perfect. I’ve bought a couple of their alternators...they know their stuff. You won’t be disappointed.

I replaced my driveshaft with a custom aluminum one due to trans conversion for $350. I now have the old one that has nothing wrong with it other than some light surface rust at best, no pitting. Not sure about your location but I'm sure there are some available somewhere around you similar to mine. Good luck, Jim

Do your own research, I'm just a work in progress
