1970 Mustang Facelift

I know that there are little differences between the 1969 Mustang and 1970 Mustang. I was just curious, could it be possible to convert the front of a 1970 to a 1969 front? Part of me thinks a few parts would need to changed first like the fenders before putting 1969 parts on, but I could be wrong.

Parts houses list the fenders as different, but that might be due to the 69 having the side marker light below the bumper on the valance, and the 70 above the bumper on the fender.

I've looked at the Fenders and the brackets in the fenders for the buckets are different. the 69' has a deepened circle bracket for the bucket while the 70' has a square bracket for the bucket

I think the headlight harness is different. But it should be a simple plug and play into the main harness.
