Rick at NPD going AWOL

Just in case anyone's looking for me with a question, and feeling ignored, I'll be out of the office 5/24 - 5/30, and will not be scanning the forum..

Should anyone have any issue with an order, or NPD, or just have questions, please call the NPD nearest you toll-free, the numbers are listed on our website.

Thanks!!

Rick

You’re not AWOL, Rick. Leave has been well earned and officially granted. Enjoy the time off.

Enjoy your holiday break Rick . . and to everyone else also.

Be safe, relax, spend quality time with family and friends and please remember the reason for the extended weekend.

lol Rick, way to be proactive. Seems some people panic when they can't reach you for 5 minutes. =)

Kudos to you and NPD for all your hard work!

What a vendor!! Not only does he visit this forum but he gives us a heads-up he will be unavailable. There is a very small number of Mustang related vendors that would do this.

Thanks Rick for all your support.

It doesn't get better than this. Rick is the Gold Standard -- proactively informing his clientele of his upcoming and VERY well earned absence. If only other vendors in North America in general could take this as a master class in customer relations. We can only wish you an even longer vacation - you deserve it -- and you've earned the loyalty of a great many VMF'ers on this board.
Enjoy!

[/SIGPIC]67 Fastback GT -- original colour (Frost Turquoise), original 289 A code engine. Pic is of me and the Mustang taken in May of '67, with original F70-14 Wide Ovals. Same car is now restored to "as new" but 3 speed tranny swapped out for 4 speed back in the mid '80's, with tach dash, original Equalock rear, Koni's, Opentracker UCA, LCA, roller perches and idler arm, roller bearing pedal cluster, Cibie headlights, 4100 carb (old 4300 put in storage probably forever)
