Hahahaha.!! Long time not going to the movies, donít you.?
I donít remember the last time I was in one.!
Iím pretty sure the last grown-up movie I saw in the theater was Wonder Woman and before that it was Hangover 2. If weíre dropping $75 on a babysitter for the night, Iím not wasting it seeing some dumb movie. Sadly there just arenít too many movies that interest me. Iím not a big superhero fan, (but Iíll watch Gal Gadot do her taxes) so that excludes many movies today. I will be first in line for this though.....
1966 GT 2+2 - 347, Edelbrock carb, Tremec TKO 600 5 speed, 9Ē rear and a bunch of other cool stuff.
Watched the trailer with my 11 year old last night, we’re both psyched to see it! Bummed about November but such is life. I think the idea of a bullitt redo is almost guaranteed. I took him to the LeMay museum in Tacoma and they had the actual bullitt mustang there, my son was blown away after watching those scenes. This thread was a fun read.
It will be interesting to see how much traffic (groan, bad pun!) is generated by the movie to this forum. I predict there will be tons of posts about "i found this on craigslist, is it a good deal? i want to turn it into a Shelby".
Maybe a sticky before release would help to answer some of those newbie questions...
Build Date: July 18, 1966
Back around the first of this year a somewhat local movie theater showed the original Bullit movie two nights in a week. I went to the second one and there was a total of 6 people in the theater watching it.
