If I can get her painted and assembled before registration fills, I'll be there. But we'll see how it goes, Murphy's Law and all.

I hope to go this year. My car isn't in the best of shape right now, but I'd still bring it. Should we all wear our VMF shirts?

I've started a blog about my car and adventures: http://65mustangfun.blogspot.com/

1965 Fastback, 289, Toploader 4 Speed, owned by me since June 1980. Originally a C-code with a C-4. 5R09C16****

Bought my ticket yesterday. We've been going for many years now. Would love to take the 66 but a 7 hr drive is pushing it for the wife and her tolerance of "no a/c, shoulder belts, airbags etc.." It'll be the mach as always...lol

Currently in my garage:
1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. 289 V8 w/5-speed. (weekend toy)
2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 w/mods (weekend toy)
1998 Ford Ranger Supercab Flareside 4X4 (daily driver)
2010 Mercury Grand Marquis. X-pipe, true dual exhaust, CAI kit. (wife's car)
For the last time, there is no such thing as a VIN number....quit saying that!

I'll be there again. Just deciding on a hotel. One of the best shows I've been to and a good VMF turnout!

Haha! I'm out in Sherman Oaks, probably a bit too far out for you. I'm getting very close to final bodywork and spraying her with a coat of primer. From there... it's finding someone to paint her.

That would be extremely helpful. Would you mind PMing them to me?

I'll be there. Not sure if it'll be in a Mustang. I'll have the '48 F-1 in driving-shape, might
be that one.....

I have never parked in a "show" and not a show car by any means, but would like to drive in, park, hang out and checkout other cars. I am thinking that's what it's all about...........

I'll be there! But unfortunately, Jane will not. It appears that no matter how I cut it, it is physically impossible to drive from Austin to SoCal, enjoy a day or two of hot rodding and car shows, and then drive back... within 4 days flat.

I expect I'll be bumming rides off of some of you guys...

Calamity Jane 1966 Modified Fastback - Driven semi-daily!
Wrecked and rebuilt even better
289 v8, 4-speed, 3.25 9" rear, goodies and stuff.

See my travel blog here for my adventures: http://mapandamustang.blogspot.com/
Over 50,000 miles of North American roads driven on road trips since 2014. More always in the works - stay tuned!

When I show up at a car show and my car is covered in mud, it's probably because I drove 2000 miles to get there
