Door stop problem

Are these pins removable?
I would like to repair this without removing the hinge.

Okay. Engine Stop. ACA out of Detent. Mode Control, both Auto. Descent Engine Command Override, Off. Engine Arm, Off. 413 is in.

The "trick" is pulling the pin straight up. It's splined. The hole is blind so you can't push it from the bottom and the stem breaks easily.
