Mobil 1 on Sale

Walmart has the 5 QT jug of Mobil 1 on sale (multiple grades including 15w-50) for $19.97. In store pick-up is free or order over $35 and get 2 day free shipping.

There are so many different Mobil 1 oils available now, I get confused as to what to buy.

The Fauxstang. Dynacorn 67 fastback. Dart SHP 363, Close ratio Magnum 6 speed, 3.70 Eaton Truetrac in a fabricated full floater 9", SorT coil over suspension. Still in pieces.
'14 SHO with most all the bells and whistles. Stock for now.

I thought 10-30 was the ideal weight...why the interest in 15-50?

1969 Raven Black M Code Mach 1 with 351W

Because it has the elevated levels of zinc and phosphorus for old engines with flat tappet cams.
